To Bundle Or Not To Bundle Your Phone And Broadband

BT Broadband, part of the BT Group, offers its consumers a range of broadband services and recently announced the availability of a shiny new broadband package. This package, dubbed BT Halo, aims to provide its consumers with at-home and on-the-move connectivity.

It went further and promised the provision of 5G support on mobile, a superfast Wi-Fi and a tech support team that will ensure everything running smoothly.

But does bundling your services get you the best deal?

Introducing the Halo package

BT has a dedicated customer service team that works around the clock to ensure that its customers are catered for at all times. If you experience in troubles with your BT Halo package, you can simply contact BT Home Experts that will come through to take a look and fix your problem.

In case you are moving home from one place to another or the internet connection suddenly goes down, the BT Home Experts will ensure that they send you a 4G Wireless router, also known as Mini Hub that will ensure that you stay connected until the experts get to the root of the issue and get it fixed.

Some of the BT Halo deals include the Halo 2 with ultrafast fibre 250 with an average speed of 300Mb and speed guarantee of at least 150Mb, the Halo 2 with superfast fibre with average speeds of 67Mb and the Halo 2 with ultrafast fibre 100 with average speeds of 145Mb and a speed guarantee of at least 100Mb.

For phone users, you can easily enjoy unlimited phone calls, data, texts and data at either at home on the landline or on the move with your mobile phone. However, you can get to enjoy these features if you presumably connected to the new No Limits plan that comes incorporated in your Halo package. Keep in mind that you also get an optional 5G connection feature.

However, the downside is that the Basic BT Halo package does not come inclusive with the capability to get 5G connections, No Limits plan and Complete Wi-Fi. All of these upgrades are available as extras. Get in touch with BT to get these and other BT Halo deals that will have you experienced the fastest internet connection speeds.

As Good As It Sounds?

Many people opt for bundle packages of broadband and phone services, even TV too to make their life easier. You only have one bill to take care of at the end of each month, one company to contact regarding any issues and one renewal price which is very convenient.

Many companies are also offering great deals so you chose them for every service you require, but sometimes a little extra effort now can save you a lot of money in the long run. There’s lots of comparison websites to make the whole process easier as well. You can pick and choose exactly what service you require so you don’t end up paying for things you don’t really need, like fibre optic broadband when you only use the internet to check your emails, sports packages with their TV, and line rental when you don’t even have a landline phone.
