What Are You Thankful For this November?

Time to really count your blessings and give thanks for all life’s joys. And yes, Sangria is on our list of things we’re thankful for 😉

We’re extra thankful for our November Sangria of the Month…Cranberry Apple Cider Sangria!

Huge thanks to Elaine at Flavor and Savour for providing the ideal Sangria to accompany Thanksgiving Dinner. If you’re into clean, homemade meals (mostly gluten-free and dairy-free to boot!), you need to follow her blog.

I just made her Sheet Pan Chicken and Roasted Harvest Vegetables for dinner last night, and it was a hit! Even with my husband, who eats like a 12-year-old. Plus sheet pan = fewer dishes! Cause dishes suck.

But back to the Sangria.

For Elaine’s recipe, you’ll need:

  • Apple Cider
  • Cranberry Juice
  • Triple Sec
  • Honey or Simple Syrup
  • Cranberries
  • Green Apples
  • Cinnamon Sticks
  • Red Wine
  • Sparkling Water

Head over to Flavour and Savour to get the full recipe. And seriously, you’re gonna wanna poke around a bit for some healthy, fresh Thanksgiving recipes while you’re there! Butternut Squash Salad with Cranberries and Feta? Yes, please!

Then make the Cranberry Apple Cider Sangria you’ll be enjoying all month long. Don’t forget to raise your glass and offer up a toast of thanks.

Cheers! From Savings and Sangria
